February's cyber meeting is a first.

Okay buckaroos, we had our 1st ever internet meeting on February 15th, and it opened with limited success. There are still a few bugs to work out, but what's new? Early on it was agreed to have a quorum of at least 8 members to make any strong decisions, but to still discuss some topics even if we didn't meet the minimum. Nor Cal Santas Koffee Klatsch was well populated this Saturday. Also, a big welcome to all the Santas, helpers, and elves who have newly populated this roster. For those not experienced in reading this writer’s ramblings, the best way to describe my style is “careening.” Good luck with that.
